Take entries for your show online.
Exhibitors enter from their phone and pay by card or bank transfer. You get checked entries, a catalogue in FCI order, a ring plan, tablets for your ring secretaries and results that go live as each ring finishes.
Nothing to pay before your first entry arrives.
- Built for FCI rules and catalogue order
- Card via Stripe or bank transfer to your club
- Ring tablets that keep working offline
- Exhibitors enter in their own language
One show, start to finish.
Everything between opening entries and handing out rosettes runs here, in one place your whole team can reach.
Entries that arrive checked.
Exhibitors save each dog once, with its date of birth and certificates. When they enter, the site counts the dog’s age on the first day of your show and only offers the classes it can enter.
- Champion and working classes need the certificate uploaded with the entry
- Price tiers change on the dates you set, including a lower price for the next dog
- Extras sold with the entry: parking, catalogues, camping, whatever you offer
Card or bank transfer. Both tied to the entry.
Card payments go through Stripe and confirm the entry straight away. Bank transfers carry a reference we generate, exhibitors upload their proof of payment, and you mark the entry paid when the money lands. They get a confirmation email either way.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe
- Bank transfer with a unique reference per entry
- Proof of payment attached to the entry, not lost in an inbox
A catalogue that’s already in order.
Download every entry as one CSV, sorted the way FCI catalogues are printed. Number it, send it to the printer, hand it to the ring stewards.
- FCI group, then breed, then sex, then class
- Dog name, date of birth, pedigree number, sire, dam, breeder and owner on every row
- Extras listed per exhibitor, so parking and catalogues are easy to hand out
- A printable catalogue with numbers, frozen when you are ready to print

Plan the rings in an afternoon.
Create your rings, give each one a judge and drag breeds into the order they will be judged. Auto-plan does a first pass for you, and the timetable follows from the number of dogs and the minutes you allow per dog.
- Rings, halls and judges per day
- Auto-plan, then adjust by hand
- Start times worked out from real entry numbers
Ring secretaries on a tablet. Wi‑Fi optional.
Each ring gets its own link. The secretary opens it on a tablet or phone and records placings and awards as the judge calls them. If the hall loses signal they keep working: results are saved on the device and sent as soon as it is back online.
- One link per ring, no app to install
- Keeps working with no connection
- Always shows whether every result has been sent
Results go live as each ring finishes.
Placings appear on your show’s results page the moment a ring secretary sends them. Exhibitors follow their breed from the car park, and Best in Show is up before the lights go off.
- Breed by breed, as each ring finishes
- Best of Breed, group and Best in Show winners
- Ready to report to your kennel club afterwards
By invitation, set up with you.
We are bringing clubs on one at a time, so every first show goes well. There is no sign-up form for organisers: you talk to us and we do the setup with you.

Pricing
Plain terms, agreed before you list anything.
A fee per entry
You pay only when exhibitors enter. While we launch, the per-entry fee is agreed with each club, depending on the size and type of your show. You’ll know the exact figure before your show goes live, and exhibitors see the full price before they pay.
No setup fee and no subscription: nothing to pay before your first entry arrives.
- The fee is per entry, not a flat charge per show
- Card payments handled by Stripe
- Every fee written down in your agreement
Launch partners
We’re looking for a small number of clubs to run their first season with us, help shape the tools and tell us what’s missing. Talk to us about launch-partner terms.

Which shows can we list?
International (CACIB), national (CAC) and club or speciality shows held under FCI rules, anywhere in Europe. If your show is run under another kennel club’s rules, write to us and we’ll tell you honestly whether it fits.
Who checks that a dog can enter a class?
The site does the first check: it works out the dog’s age on the first day of the show and only offers classes it is old enough for. For champion and working classes the exhibitor uploads the certificate with the entry, so you can see it. Your club still has the final say under your show rules.
Can we keep taking entries by post or email?
Yes. Nothing stops you running other entry routes alongside. Tell us how you take entries today and we’ll work out with you how to get everything into one catalogue.
How do price tiers work?
You set a price for each class band (for example puppy classes, adult classes, veteran) and the dates each price is valid until. The price exhibitors pay is the one in force when they pay. You can also set a lower price for each additional dog from the same owner.
Which currencies can we use?
Euro, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Romanian leu, Polish złoty, Czech koruna, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian krone, and Bulgarian lev. Each show uses one currency.
Who owns the entry data?
You receive every entry for your show to run it, print the catalogue and report results to your kennel club. We don’t sell exhibitor data or use it to promote other clubs’ shows to your exhibitors.
What happens with refunds if a show is cancelled?
Refunds follow the rules you publish for your show. We handle the card refund for the entries you tell us to refund.
Do we need anyone technical at the club?
No. Everything runs in a web browser on a laptop or tablet. A checklist in your organiser area shows what is set up and what is still missing before you publish, and ring secretaries only need the link or QR code for their ring.
Can several people from our club work on the same show?
Yes. Tell us who helps run your show and we’ll invite each of them to your club’s organiser area, so the secretary, treasurer and show manager can each do their part.
Tell us about your show.
Send us the basics and we’ll reply with how setup would work for your club and what it costs. If you prefer, just email us.
